PVD colors coordinated for decorative stainless steel sheets. Base surface, approved color reference, processing route, protective film and acceptable batch variation should be confirmed.
Etching
Etched patterns coordinated according to the required design, base finish, sheet size and decorative application. Color and protective film can be confirmed when applicable.
Mirror Polishing
Mirror finishing coordinated according to the required appearance or reference sample. Base material, acceptable surface condition and protection requirements are confirmed for the order.
Laser Cutting
Stainless steel sheets cut according to the supplied drawing. Material, thickness, dimensions, tolerance, edge condition and protective film should be confirmed before processing.
Grooving & Bending
Grooving and bending coordinated according to the drawing, material, thickness, bending direction, angle, radius, surface protection and required tolerance.
