Stainless Steel Circles
Stainless Steel Circles for Cookware
Art Steel Magic supplies stainless steel circles for cookware manufacturers and importers, coordinating material sourcing, circle blanking, inspection, packing and export from Foshan.
For cookware production, the grade alone is not enough. Pot design, drawing depth, forming stages, thickness tolerance, hardness, mechanical properties, surface condition and circle diameter can all affect forming performance. Based on the order requirements, ASM reviews suitable mill and material options and coordinates the required processing through one team.
For an accurate quotation, please provide the cookware application, drawing depth or product drawing, grade, thickness, diameter, surface, edge requirement, quantity and destination port.

Why Cookware Buyers Work with ASM
Material decisions based on the cookware—not just the grade.

Cookware Circle FAQs
Key questions about material selection, forming performance and order requirements.
Is every 201, 304 or 430 stainless steel circle suitable for deep drawing?
No. The grade name alone does not determine forming performance. Mill source, material condition, hardness, mechanical properties, thickness consistency and the cookware forming process should also be considered.
Does DDQ stainless steel guarantee that cookware will not crack or wrinkle?
No material designation can guarantee the final forming result by itself. Performance also depends on the cookware design, drawing depth, forming stages, tooling, lubrication and production settings. DDQ requirements should be confirmed against the actual application.
What information should I provide for cookware circle selection?
Please share the cookware type or drawing, forming depth, number of forming stages, current material if known, grade, thickness, diameter, surface and any previous production problems.
What can be checked before the stainless steel circles are shipped?
Depending on the order, checks may include material correspondence, thickness, diameter, surface condition, edge or burr, hardness, mechanical properties, quantity, packing and labeling.
